1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Fariqu, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our country house design and architectural planning services.

2. Services Description

Fariqu specializes in the design and planning of country houses, including but not limited to:

• Architectural design and conceptual planning
• Custom residential design solutions
• Interior and exterior design consultation
• Technical documentation and blueprints
• Project management and coordination
• 3D visualization and rendering services

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your project requirements
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Obtain all necessary permits and approvals required by local authorities
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect intellectual property rights of all designs and documentation
• Communicate any concerns or changes promptly

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. General conditions include:

• An initial deposit is required before work commences
• Progress payments are due at specified project milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services until accounts are settled.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, drawings, specifications, and other documents prepared by Fariqu remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment:

• Clients receive a license to use the designs for the specified project
• Fariqu retains the right to use project images for portfolio and marketing purposes
• Designs may not be reproduced or used for other projects without written consent
• Modifications to designs by third parties void any warranties

6. Project Timeline and Delays

While we strive to meet agreed timelines, project completion dates are estimates and may be affected by:

• Client-requested changes or delays in providing information
• Regulatory approval processes
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Third-party dependencies

We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.

7. Revisions and Changes

Our service agreements include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or substantial changes to approved designs may incur extra charges. All change requests must be submitted in writing and will be subject to a revised timeline and cost estimate.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fariqu provides professional design services to the best of our ability. However, we are not liable for:

• Construction defects or contractor errors
• Delays or costs resulting from regulatory changes
• Unauthorized modifications to our designs
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• Client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date
• Fariqu will deliver all completed work upon receipt of payment
• Intellectual property rights remain with Fariqu until full payment
• Deposits are non-refundable

10. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of all project information. We will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or necessary for project completion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Amendments

Fariqu reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
